Paid Media Manager for fast growing E-commerce Startup

SimplyOrganized is a fast-growing e-commerce startup that is planning an international growth journey this year. Over the past three years, we have built up our organization universe, with the mission of making everyone’s life a little better through organization.

This year we will go beyond the borders of Denmark and make sure that even more people get organized. For that, we need your help. We are therefore looking for an ambitious and skilled Paid Media Specialist to create and run effective paid media campaigns for us.

We have 15. doubled the turnover in the last 12 months, with an IPO as our ambition.

The company currently has 9 employees in office/management, where the marketing team includes a Copywriter/SEO Specialist, a SoMe Manager, a Photographer and a Sales & Marketing Lead, to whom you will report. In addition, we have 4 full-time and 2 part-time warehouse employees to ensure that our customers get their goods quickly from our newly refurbished 700m2 warehouse, which is an extension of our showroom and office in Brøndby.

As our Paid Media Manager your responsibilities are: 

– Take ownership of our paid media channels to optimize performance of our existing campaigns and expand our efforts across new activities in paid digital channels.

– Analyze data and draw insights from key performance indicators (KPIs) and use the data to optimize campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

– Focus on achieving our monthly targets on the set KPI’s to hit our overall growth targets.

– Oversee our digital marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, newsletter and video advertising.

– Create compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives together with our copywriter, SoMe manager and inhouse photographer.

– Define and understand our target audiences and use A/B test to optimize the performance of our paid campaigns.

– Align strategies with owners of other channels to ensure they complement each other

– Utilize conversion tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

– Perform in-depth analysis every month to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

– Organize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines and deliver results within specified timelines.

Qualifications: 

– 3-4 years of experience working intensely with Paid Ads, preferably from an agency or an e-commerce B2C company.

– Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Google Analytics 4.

– Experience in budget planning, allocation, and optimization to achieve set targets.

– Solid experience in paid advertising on digital media and understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce in general

– Bonus if you have relevant certifications from platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Klaviyo.
